New partnership agreements with KAIST

DTU has joined Danish Prime Minister Lars Løkke Rasmussen on his first official visit to South Korea in 25 years. In this connection, two new partnership agreements have been signed between DTU and the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST)

Welcome to new MSc Eng students

Around 450 of the new MSc Eng students filled Oticon Hall on Tuesday 4 October. In addition to food and drink they got a pep talk and some helpful tips from Martin Vigild, Senior Vice President and Dean of Undergraduate Studies and Student Affairs, and Sebastian Molbech Hansen, President of the PF student association.

At the end of a gravel road in woods some way outside the town of Jægerspris, Polyteknisk Forening (PF student association) is holding this year’s alcohol-free freshers’ weekend away, for the second year running replacing beer with chilled Coca-Cola and delicious cake.

DTU signs internship agreement with Lockheed Martin

Five MSc students have been selected to participate in an internship at the technology company Lockheed Martin in Texas. As the first students from DTU, they will help develop the world-famous F-35 fighter aircraft.
